Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using GlueArrow services, you agree to these terms. GlueArrow is operated by MITWORK Inc. (Delaware) through GlueArrow Inc. and GlueArrow Ghana Limited.

2. Account & Authentication

You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your OTP codes or QR login sessions.

3. GlueArrow Wallet

The GlueArrow Wallet is a digital payment instrument. It holds money you add or earn on GlueArrow. Pay from a MITWORK job follows section 4. Earnings from airplay and ad delivery follow section 5. Ad bookings carry a platform fee: 8% for one station, 12% for more than one radio or TV station, and 14% for more than one station on other channels. A slot won at a programmatic auction carries 18%, at least GH₵50 and never more than the winning price.

4. MITWORK jobs

This section covers contract jobs that a business pays from its store's GlueArrow business wallet, once the business has passed GlueArrow's business check. GlueArrow does not hold pay for other jobs.

When the business approves a worker, GlueArrow holds the pay plus a 2% fee from the business wallet. The business pays the fee. The worker gets the posted pay in full. After the hold, the business wallet must still keep its minimum balance (GH₵100 unless the store's plan sets another amount).

After the worker submits the work, the business has 3 days to accept it, ask for changes, or extend the review once by 1 to 5 days. Asking for changes stops the clock. It starts again at 3 days when the work is submitted again. If the business does nothing in that time, GlueArrow pays the worker.

Before the pay is released, either side can ask to cancel and give a reason. The other side has 48 hours to answer. While a cancel request is open, the pay stays held and is not paid automatically. If the other side agrees or does not answer, the job is cancelled and the business gets back everything held, fee included. If they refuse, the pay stays held until GlueArrow decides to refund the business or pay the worker.

Pay reaches the worker's GlueArrow wallet. If the worker has a saved payout account, the pay is sent to it automatically. A withdrawal must be at least GH₵1. A mobile money withdrawal costs 1.5%, at least GH₵1. A bank withdrawal, where offered, costs GH₵10 and must be at least GH₵50. The amount leaves the wallet when the worker asks, and the transfer can wait in a queue before it is sent.

Workers paid through MITWORK are independent contractors, paid per job. A business cannot hire itself or its owner.

5. ValueCard

Your ValueCard score is calculated from delivery performance, financial discipline, and career metrics. For airplay and ad delivery earnings, your score sets when funds are released (Instant, Daily, Weekly, Milestone, or Hold). It does not delay pay from a MITWORK job. Quarterly reviews may adjust your tier.

6. Ad Exchange

Advertisers book slots through the marketplace. Pricing follows the published formula: Base Rate × Duration × Daypart × Surge multipliers. Platform fees are in section 3.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant GlueArrow a license to process, deliver, and verify your content across partner stations. GlueArrow's platform, algorithms, and branding are proprietary.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use GlueArrow for fraudulent advertising, copyright infringement, manipulation of ValueCard scores, or any activity that violates Ghanaian law.

9. Limitation of Liability

GlueArrow provides services 'as is'. We are not liable for broadcast failures, delayed settlements, or third-party service outages beyond our control.

10. Connected social accounts

GlueArrow lets you publish to your own TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or X accounts via each platform's official OAuth and Content Posting APIs. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for the content you publish. You agree to follow each connected platform's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines (including TikTok's Community Guidelines and Branded Content Policy). GlueArrow is not affiliated with TikTok, Meta, Google, Microsoft or X; we are an independent client of their public APIs. We will not publish anything you didn't explicitly compose and submit through GlueArrow.

11. TikTok-specific terms

By connecting a TikTok account you authorise GlueArrow to (a) read your open_id and display_name via TikTok's Login Kit so we can show which TikTok account is connected, and (b) upload and publish videos and photos you explicitly compose in GlueArrow to that connected TikTok account via TikTok's Content Posting API. The scopes we request are user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish. We will never use TikTok APIs for any purpose other than fulfilling publish requests you initiate. To disconnect, open Connections in the app and tap Disconnect on the TikTok row — this immediately revokes our token and stops all future requests.
